What we do
Support, inform and include individual families and groups - both ourselves and by putting them in touch with others who may be able to help.
Hold service providers accountable for what is being provided to our children and families.
Provide training for service providers on how they can best understand and meet the needs of children with additional needs/disabilities and their families in Somerset.
Listen to you and look to provide anything else you think would help parents look after their children and families.

Our main objectives are:
To be a 'one stop shop' for all parents and carers - making it easier to find and access, help and support
To find out and collate the views and needs of parents and families across Somerset
To work with service providers and other support groups helping to ensure that best use is made of scarce resources.
